SimpleLIBRARY is a Windows desktop app built for contractors and engineering teams who need a single, reliable place to store and prepare PDF product sheets. It combines a fast PDF thumbnail browser, a customizable folder tree, and automated export tools, allowing you to maintain a consistent library and keep it ready for quoting, submittals, or shop drawings. The interface is tuned for high-volume catalogs—snap-to-angle rotation, one-click overwrite, and color-coded folders make it easy to curate the exact set of PDFs you want to send or archive.
SimpleLIBRARY runs on Windows 10 or 11 (32-bit or 64-bit). We recommend a quad-core CPU at 2.8 GHz or faster, 8 GB of RAM, and an SSD with at least 5 GB free (minimum 4 GB RAM and 2 GB free). A Full HD display (1920×1080) offers the best experience, though 1366×768 is supported. The app works with either integrated graphics (DirectX 10 capable) or a discrete GPU, and it needs an internet connection for license activation and updates. Install/run as a standard Windows user—admin rights are only required during setup.
